A step-by-step guide to managing, requesting deletion of, or permanently removing your personal data from NutriSnap.
NutriSnap gives you two ways to remove your personal data. Choose the option that works best for you:
This option sends a formal data deletion request to our team. You'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll process the deletion within 7 business days. Your account stays active until the process completes.
Request Data Deletion.Yes, Request Deletion.This permanently deletes your account and all associated data right away. This action is immediate and irreversible โ there is no undo.
Delete Account button.DELETE in the confirmation field.Delete Permanently. Your account and data are removed immediately.โ Warning: This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your meals, photos, exercises, recipes, weight history, and all other data are permanently gone. If you're unsure, use Option A instead.
Regardless of which option you choose, the following data is permanently removed:

For Option B (Delete Account), all data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. For Option A (Request Deletion), data is deleted once our team processes your request (within 7 business days).
In both cases, backups may be retained for up to 30 days as part of routine disaster-recovery processes, after which they are permanently purged. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for product improvement.
If you've lost access to your device or can't sign in, you can still request data deletion by emailing us directly.

Please include the email address associated with your NutriSnap account. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
Before deleting, you can request a copy of your personal data. Go to Settings โ Privacy and tap
Request Data Download. Our team will prepare a sanitized export and send it to your registered email
within 30 days. This way you have a personal backup before removing anything.
